Inspired by my own experiences and the gradual emergence of Essex as a cultural hub, I founded this new collective within the county.

POC Art Jam was created with the intention to celebrate, showcase and collate the creative talents of ethnic minorities in Essex.  

Navigating the creative world can be daunting, combined with the experience of being a person of colour - it can feel somewhat impossible. With major strides being made globally for the advancement of diverse creative talent, especially in London, it feels as though the county of Essex is miles behind.

#POCARTJAM is going to change that.

 This platform will elevate our creatives, create space for our collective and have a shared voice within the Essex creative community.

Though still in its infancy, the collective has garnered plenty attention. Through the content that I single-handedly create - I hope to reach even more incredible people.
